I feel the need to let the readership know that Matt and I have already been eliminated from the next round of oral arguments. It turns out that we advanced on a clerical error, but since that has been resolved, we have met our goal of being good enough to not fail, but not so good that we actually have to do something.
Way to go, guys! Now I really will write you a fight song.
How is it that my comment appeared after yours? Now I look like a jerk. Anyway, I'm thinking you guys should sue. Negligent infliction of emotional distress.
