He's a bit from the Judge's opinion describing why Intelligent Design is just creationism in scientific clothing:
"Although proponents of [ID] occasionally suggest that the designer
could be a space alien or a time-traveling cell biologist, no serious alternative to
God as the designer has been proposed by members of [the ID community] , including
Defendants’ expert witnesses." p.25 (emphasis added)

I agree. Also, even if the Intelligent Design people manage to convince people it is science, it is (at best) a fringe position rejected by almost all scientists. We don't teach fringe scientific positions in elementary and secondary schools.
