Temperature Update
Nell called maintenance (sp?) today and they came out and ostensibly fixed the AC. But we've been home now for about four hours and the temp inside is 87 degrees. The temp outside, by the way is 80 degrees.

Ok, and also a suggestion: underpants + freezer = awesome.
It is blowing sort of cold, but not as cold as it should. When I turn it on, I do hear something turn on, which I assume is the compressor. I had forgotten that you know quite a bit about this sort of thing, Xeno. Any advice?
has the rain cooled things down at all?
