How Congress Works

Check out this post on TaxProf about a company claiming that it falls under some transitional rules in some tax legislation passed years ago. The supporting affidavit seemed pretty compelling to me, but the tax court was not persuaded. Read the post and be appalled at how some public servants view their civic duties.
