Another Silverfish!!!!
I love St. Louis and all, but I don't know if I can live like this. I just had to kill another Silverfish. Those things scare the bejesus out of me. Is there some way to eliminate these guys at the source?

You could contact your landlord and tell him/her that you are having problems with bugs and they should send someone to spray your apartment, or you could call a pest control company yourself.
The only problem with your approach, my good brother, is that I would no longer be able to post about killing silverfish. I believe your cure is worse than my affliction.
