I should clarify that although it makes a nice haiku, section 1091 does not provide nonrecognition for gain on a wash sale for the simple fact that if there is gain, it is not a wash sale. So the Haiku is not entirely correct.
Dude... I was totally just thinking that!!!!
More tax haikus! I'd like to request some about 1014 and/or 1015. Or maybe 1(h).
